What is useful to write about

Something is broken. Tell me your browser and what you were doing when
it happened. If a study is involved, exporting it as PGN and attaching it helps a lot.

A move or a PGN was rejected. Send the PGN. Import problems are usually
easy to fix once I can reproduce them.

A feature you want. Engine analysis, repertoire training and syncing
between devices are already on the list; knowing which one matters most to real users
changes the order I build them in.

Before you write about lost studies
Studies live in your own browser and are never sent to a server, so I have no copy of them
and cannot recover anything that has been cleared. This is explained in the
privacy policy. If a study matters to you, export it as PGN —
that file is yours and opens in any chess program.
Response time
This is a side project, so replies can take a few days. Bug reports that come with a PGN
or a clear set of steps get answered fastest, because I can reproduce them straight away.
