Questions, bug reports and suggestions are all welcome, and every message is read.
Without an account, studies are stored in your own browser and never sent to a server — so no copy of them exists anywhere else, and nothing that has been cleared can be restored. With an account they are on the server, and a study you delete can be brought back for two days. Either way, if a study matters to you, export it as PGN: that file is yours and opens in any chess program.
You can delete your account, and everything in it, from inside the app — under your email address in the top corner. It happens immediately and cannot be undone, so export anything you want to keep as PGN first. What we store, and what happens to it, is set out in the privacy policy. Write to us if you would like a copy of your data.
